Bob Grieb is the founder of DSG and a nationally recognized authority on the delivery of investment and insurance products through financial institutions and the development of "bank sales culture," topics on which he writes and speaks frequently. His financial services management experience includes executive positions in large and small insurance companies and agencies, securities firms, a super-regional bank, a multi-state thrift, a registered investment company, industry trade association management (BSA and BISA) and the consulting business.
Prior to forming DSG, Bob was Senior Vice President of Atlantic Financial, where he developed securities and insurance programs that generated over $1 million in profits for every $1 billion in deposits. He also has international consulting and insurance experience with SAI Group and held executive positions at The Philadelphia National Bank and Colonial Penn Group.
Consulting engagements have included sales (management) development; financial advisor compensation; evaluation and enhancement of overall institutional sales cultures; insurance agency and broker dealer valuations, acquisitions and partner searches; insurance and securities program enhancement and integration; and the development and implementation of strategies for the Retirement Income/Asset Management Market.
Mr. Grieb holds a BS-IE from Lafayette College and an MBA from The Wharton School. He was a Founding Director and President of the Bank Securities Association and a Managing Director of the Bank Insurance & Securities Association. He has served on numerous corporate, industry, community and non-profit boards.
